AITAM Excellence in teaching

AITAM has got recognized as Research Center by JNT University, Kakinada to the departments of CSE, Mechanical and ECE for the academic years 2014-15 & 2015-16 with which we can admit the Research Scholars for doing their Ph.Ds. and also improve our internal R&D activities

AITAM has the following facilities for Research

• Computer Labs with latest configuration systems well connected on LAN
• Good number of Software supporting various Research areas
• Good number of National/International Journals with annual subscriptions
• Large collection of Reference Text Books in all areas

AITAM will organize research activities in every 1st and 3rd Saturdays.

Research Activities Conducted till now:

• Dr GSN Murthy HOD of CSE has given a seminar on " Age & Expression classification of facial images using Integrated approach of LBP on 02-08-2014
• Dr. N Hari Babu, HOD of Mechanical department has given a seminar on “Outcome based Education” on 28th June 14
• Dr. D Sriramulu of Mechanical department has given a seminar on “Responsive Intelligent Manufacturing on 07-07-2014
• Dr. MNVS Santhosh Kumar Assoc.Prof. of ECE dept. has delivered a lecture on "3-D Reconstruction of under water objects" on 31-05-14
• Dr. G.Sateesh Kumar Prof. of ECE dept. has delivered a lecture on "Introduction to Global Positioning system" on 24 -05-14.
• Dr G.R.S Murty gave a talk on "How to write a research paper" to AITAM research community on 19th Apr, 2014
