About BBA Department

Aditya Institute of Technology and Management established the Department of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2006 with an initial intake of 60 students. The department of Master of Business Administration (MBA) feels proud to announce that this institution has got accredited by NAAC. The college has got TEQIP funds in phase-II under sub-component 1.1. These two important additions surely enhance the prestige of the institution; in turn help students to improve their academic standards. The MBA program was duly approved by the AICTE and Govt. of A.P. and affiliated to JNTU Gurujada. The department of MBA is leaping forward with strength by strength over the years. The BBA program was duly approved by the AICTE and the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and it was affiliated with JNTU-GV in 2025. The program BBA has an intake of 60 students and is progressing towards further development. The Department of Management Studies was formed by combining the MBA and BBA programs.

Dr. N. Lakshmi Srikanth is the Head of the Department of Management Studies at Aditya Institute of Technology and Management, Tekkali, Andhra Pradesh. He holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with multidisciplinary qualifications, including an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing and an M.Com. in Accountancy at the postgraduate level. He has qualified UGC-NET and APSET in Management and earned a certification of expertise in Sustainable Waste Management from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He has an extensive research portfolio, having published multiple papers in Scopus-indexed and UGC-listed journals, as well as presented his work at national and international conferences. His research expertise spans sustainable waste management, environmental management, and strategic business practices, with a focus on integrating sustainability into socio-economic frameworks. His contributions to research include empirical and conceptual studies, interdisciplinary collaborations, and active engagement in knowledge dissemination through workshops, seminars, and peer-reviewed publications.
