Dr.N.Lakshmi Srikanth Ph. DAbout Department of Management Studies
Aditya Institute of Technology and Management established the Department of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2006 with an initial intake of 60 students. The department of MBA feels proud to announce that this institution has got accredited by NAAC. The college has got TEQIP funds in phase-II under sub-component 1.1. These two important additions surely enhance the prestige of the institution; in turn help students to improve their academic standards. The MBA program was duly approved by the AICTE and Govt. of A.P. and affiliated to JNTUK. The department of MBA is leaping forward with strength by strength over the years.
Dr.N.Lakshmi Srikanth is HOD of the Department of Management studies at Aditya Institute of Technology and Management, Tekkali, Andhra Pradesh. He has an extensive research portfolio, having published multiple papers in Scopus-indexed and UGC-listed journals, as well as presented his work at national and international conferences. His research expertise spans sustainable waste management, environmental management, and strategic business practices, with a focus on integrating sustainability into socio-economic frameworks. He has qualified UGC-NET and APSET in Management and earned a certification of expertise in sustainable waste management from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). His contributions to research include empirical and conceptual studies, interdisciplinary collaborations, and active engagement in knowledge dissemination through workshops, seminars, and peer-reviewed publications.

Department Objective
